Yesterday, Council for Health and Development discussed the current health situation in the Philippines and the community-based health program to the students of International Master of Arts in Diaconic Management (IMADM) of the United Evangelical Mission (UEM) in Shalom Hotel, Malate, Manila. It is part of the UEM’s IMADM Students’ Field Research in Metro Manila.

We thank the United Church of Christ in the Philippines for inviting us as resource persons to discuss the deteriorating healthcare system of the country and the role of the CBHPs and other people’s organizations in struggling for the right to health of the people.
