True to its word of “Handang Paglingkuran ang Sambayanan”, Council for Health and Development, together with medical students from the University of the East – Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center joined a community integration and Medical Mission, led by Community Health Education, Services, and Training in the Cordillera Region (CHESTCORE) and Kakailyan Salakniban Tay Amin A Nagtaudan (KASTAN), in the Municipality of Malibcong, Abra last December 16-20, 2016.
The students represented their respective organizations Asian Medical Students’ Association (AMSA-UERM), Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral sa Medisina para sa Komunidad (MedKom), Philippine Medical Students Association (PMSA-UERM), and Promoting Rights and Inclusivity among different Sexualities with Magnanimity (PRISM). ##
